I AIN'T WID IT single
"I Aint Wid It is more Basement Jaxx than even they are these days" - Rolling Stone
Digital Primate hits the decks running with this tuff and chunky nu-skool hip house hybrid. Featuring the uncompromising lyric decrying the objectification of women in hip hop, and even still in society generally.
Delivered in rapid fire staccato and force of conviction by Queen Khadeeja and backed up by Demilition B-Girl, this song pulls no punches in either lyrical content or the beat laden track, both conspiring to drive the point home. With two cracking remixes from Dee Dee and one from Acid Jacks, I Ain't Wid It is bound to burn up the dance floors and the air waves alike. Just check the lyrics, need we say more?
I ain't wid it -- I ain't wid it
lets get rid of this fictitious bootylicious bullsh*t
I ain't wid it -- I ain't wid it
you better stop this sh*t before I get booty-vicious
Bootylicious, fictitious, they trick us, inflict us with self-hate sickness
So frustrating, they got us gyrating and shakin' like slaves for the takin'
All these homies play pimpa fake limpa they thinking they got it
They trippin' I'm sickened by yet another clip
Female strip, clothes are skimped
Wear my pimp like it ain't a thing
Wanna see me flap my wings?
Wanna see me shake my things?
You first Mr. Bling, let me see that motherf*cken dick swinging in the wind
Swing low, Swing low make sure them balls drop down to the floor
How ya feel now bro?
Piece a meat on show?
Just in case you're too slow I'll spell it out so you know
This bootylicious bullsh*t has got to go
Single (and remixes) available on ITunes Australia August 13. From the album Siege Mentality out now.
Also available as a limited edition vinyl release from mid August

SIEGE MENTALITY
The new full length studio album
by DIGITAL PRIMATE
Mixed by the Mad Professor
Digital Primate is renowned for having run one of Australia's most chaotic and influential club nights "Centriphugal". His techno records are released through one of the world’s foremost techno labels, Pro-Jex, and can be found in the record boxes of some of the worlds most influential DJs like Dave Clarke, Carl Cox, DJ Rush and others. His work has been remixed by the likes of DJ Rush, Pounding Grooves, Justin Berkovi and more. The effect he has had on the Australian underground dance scene is immeasurable, he has so many admirers here who claim he has been an influence on their music and lives, he has given many a successful local DJ their start and he is respected by many across different genres in the Australian dance milieu.
The progression he has made from pure ghetto techno to the style he is now purveying is startlingly fresh. In his new album entitled “Siege Mentality” he has mixed an exciting blend of UK ragga, grime and electro styles stuffed with his raw ghetto techno and booty house flavour sprinkled with world class vocal performances from the likes of Valerie M (the Freestylers, Groove Armada), Kar’Melody (South London Grime rapper and son of Mad Professor) The Reggae Dips (New York), Mad Doggy Dogg (Jamaica), Macromantics (Sydney), Queen Khadeeja, Demilition B-Girl and many others.
This album, created over the last two years was mixed in collaboration with the legendary Mad Professor at his ARIWA studios in London. The end result is sooo strong.
